Available Positions

Head of Purchasing (Trade)

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to the company’s Purchasing Policy and Procedures when carrying out all purchases, including required approvals and quotation.
  • Select suppliers impartially based upon cost, ability to meet product specifications, efficiency and quality of their services, delivery time required and avoiding lengthy delays.
  • Liaise with department heads to confirm understanding of required product specifications.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for company profitability.
  • Oversee posting of purchase order into the purchasing system on a timely basis to enable receiver to match against when goods are delivered.
  • Prepared and process all the import declaration and licenses required. Ensure Custom Duty has been paid on time for imported items.
  • Regularly review contract supplies to ensure prices are still competitive.
  • Analyze market trend to anticipate likely price fluctuation, for the purpose of maintaining inventory either for long or short times period.
  • Analyze spent reports, sales reports and adjust strategies.
  • Training of staff about product quality requirement.
  • Work closely with Head of Grocer, Supply Chain and other Department head, to optimize the carrying cost of operating supplies and inventories, through regular review of minimum/maximum stock levels.
  • Makes suggestion for management concerning possible improve purchasing routine and control procedure which may improve purchasing productivity or lower inventory levels etc.
  • Liaise with user department to ensure the requirement regarding quality and service regarding quality and services from supplier are being satisfied.
  • Maintain the confidential nature of information regarding supplier contract
  • Conduct supplier evaluation to ensure services continue to meet required standards and timetable
Requirements
  • Basic Degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of fresh and non fresh.
  • Good communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including excel, word and powerpoint.
  • 5-8 years Purchasing Experience in F&B industries, Grocers
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Deals efficiently with complaints and queries from supplies and associates.
  • Strong initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Previous experience in grocer is preferred.

Sales Support Manager

Responsibilities
  • Oversees Sales Support team at warehouse.
  • Establishing standard operating procedures and ensure such SOPs are strictly adhered to at warehouse level.
  • Oversees entire lifecycle of sales process (end to end).
  • Responsible for strategizing stock loss management to benchmark ourselves to industrial standard.
  • Reduction of overall company resources wastage to be in line with company's sustainable ideology.
  • Responsible for ddaily EOD reports from warehouse and work with finance team.
  • Make sure all the legal, council requirements are adhered as per local/state/federal govt policies. i.e. business license.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Basic Degree or equivalent.
  • Good communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including excel, word and powerpoint.
  • Strong initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Working experience in retail with management position of more than 5 years.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in retail products especially Fresh and Food.
  • Extensive knowledge in cashiering, customer service and back office processes.
  • Knowledgeable in purchasing and supply chain would be additional advantage.

Sales Operation Manager

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Sales and Operations of Online Grocery.
  • Provide the efficiency and effectiveness of business plan by executing at virtual/retail operations level.
  • Provide feedback to Head of Grocer of Sales and achieve periodic company goals and expectations.
  • Manage the availability of merchandise/products at warehouse.
  • Making sure the the efficiency of warehouse at optimal level without disruption.
  • Make sure all sales targets are achieved on regular basis.
  • Strict compliance to local council rules and regulation.
Requirements
  • Diploma, Basic Degree or equivalent.
  • Good communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including excel, word and powerpoint.
  • Strong initiative and sense of urgency.
  • Working experience in retail with management position of more than 5 years.
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in retail products especially Fresh and Food.
  • Good track record in controlling stock loss, good waste management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in purchasing and supply chain would be additional advantage.
